Showcase: 'Double Nickels' Pumper Rolls Into South Plainfield, N.J.

The South Plainfield (N.J.) Plainfield Volunteer Fire Department replaced a 1986 E-ONE Hurricane pumper with a E-ONE Cyclone IIX pumper with a 2,000-gallon tank.

Engine 55, which is nicknamed "Double Nickles," is powered by a 500 hp engine and has a Hale Qmax pump.
