Showcase: Fort McAlester, Okla., Protects Area With New Interface Rig

The Fort Hood Fire Department has recently taken delivery of a Type III wildland interface apparatus built by KME on an International Crew Cab and chassis with 4x4 capabilities. It has a Darley 1.5 AGE diesel-driven auxiliary pump and a FoamPro 2001 foam system. Other equipment includes an Akron Firefox front bumper turret, Diamond Logic Multi-Plex electrical system, Whelen LED warning lights, and a Firecom wireless digital intercom system
