Firefighters with the Rush (N.Y.) Fire District have taken delivery of a quick attack foam pumper built by 4 Guys on a Spartan cab and chassis.

Although the unit can accommodate six occupants in the cab, it is  designed to respond with just two or three firefighters to get on the scene as quickly as possible. It carries 40 gallons of universal foam, two sets of ladders, 1,500-feet of 5-inch hose, 500 feet of 3-inch on two dead reels, 450-feet of 1.75-inch hose and 250-feet of 2.5-inch hose.

Off the rear, the apparatus has 250-feet of 2.5-inch hose preconnected to a TFT Blitz Fire monitor. The pumper also has 250 feet of 2-inch speed lay under the pump controls as well as 250 feet of 1.75-inch hose.

The unit is also equipped with a 5-inch rear intake, a deck gun, an video monitors at the pump panel for right side and rear viewing and a monitor in the cab for backing.
