East Sullivan Volunteer Fire Department, Bristol, TN,has taken delivery of a 3,000-gallon tanker built on a Mack cab and chassis by Toyne Fire Apparatus.

East Sullivan Volunteer Fire Department,  Bristol, TN,has taken delivery of a 3,000-gallon tanker built on a Mack cab and chassis by Toyne Fire Apparatus. It is powered by a Mack MP8-425M engine and an Allison 3000EVS transmission. To fight fire it has a Waterous CS 1,250-gpm pump, A UPF 3,000-gallon tank and a Zico hydraulic 3,000-gallon portable tank rack. It's also equipped with Fire Research Corp. lights.  The East Sullivan Fire Department is currently made up of 35 volunteer personnel, who respond to approximately 200 calls a year, ranging from fires and hazardous materials, to motor vehicle accidents and public education. Toyne Tanker 604 joins a fleet of six existing apparatus including three pumpers, one tanker, one brush truck and one support vehicle.
