The Brainerd. MN, Fire Department has taken delivery rescue pumper built by Custom Fire.

The Brainerd. MN, Fire Department has taken delivery of a concealed-bolted construction stainless steel bodied rescue pumper built by Custom Fire on a Spartan Metro Star cab and chassis. It is powered by a Cummins ISL 450-hp engine, an Allison 3000EVS transmission. It's equipped with a 2,000 gpm CMUC20 Waterous pump, a FoamPro 2001 single-agent foam system, Fire Research InControl pressure governor and a 1,000-gallon tank. Other equipment includes Whelen warning lights, Will-Burt NightScan light tower, and an on-board compressor system.
