The Elm Valley Joint Fire District in Ashley, OH, has taken delivery of a Midwest Fire side control tanker-pumper built on a Freightliner M2 106 chassis.

The Elm Valley Joint Fire District in Ashley, OH, has taken delivery of a Midwest Fire side control tanker-pumper built on a Freightliner M2 106 chassis with a Cummins ISL-350 Engine and an Allison 3000 EVS Transmission. To fight fire, it has a 3,000-gallon APR polypropylene tank and a Darley LSP 1,000 gpm pto pump. It is also equipped with a 5-inch storz direct tank fill and tank level gauge, a Zico electric portable tank carrier and a 3,000-gallon portable tank, an All-Poly body with R.O.M. roll-up doors, Federal Signal Q-Siren, Whelen warning light package, and a Kussmaul battery conditioner.
