The Neffs Volunteer Fire Co. in North Whitehall Township, PA, has taken delivery of a custom pumper built by Smeal Fire Apparatus. It's built on a Smeal Sirius cab and chassis and powered by a Cummins ISL 9 450-hp engine and an Allison Transmission. To fight fire it has a Waterous CSUC20C-2000 pump and a UPF tank. It also has a Williams foam system.
