The Ridgeway Volunteer Fire Company, Manchester Township, NJ, has taken delivery of a 2017 Sutphen custom aluminum pumper.

The Ridgeway Volunteer Fire Company, Manchester Township, NJ, has taken delivery of a  2017 Sutphen custom aluminum pumper. It is built on a cab four-door cab and chassis with seating for six occupants. it is powered by a Cummins 450 hp ISL engine and an Allison Gen 5 EVS3000 automatic transmission. To fight fire, it has a Hale QMax 2,000-gpm single-stage pump and a 1,000-gallon UPF Poly Tank III. It also has a Trident air primer, Bostrom firefighter seats, top-mount pump controls with side-mount module. It's also equipped with Kussmaul auto-eject battery conditioner, LED compartment lights, slide-out tool trays, R.O.M. roll-up doors, Zico electri ladder rack, and a 8,000-watt Smart Power generator. Other equipment includes two Hannay electric reels, Safety Vision camera, Fire Research Corporation Spectra LED brow and sceen lights, and Federal Signal warning lights and siren.
