Westmont, NJ, Vol. Fire Co. Puts Pumper with a Rare Aerial in Service

Westmont Volunteer Fire Company, in Camden County, NJ, has taken delivery of a 2017 Seagrave Marauder II with a TB71CS Hydro Force Squirt at a cost of $745,000. The unit is equipped with a four-door, five-seat,  climate-controlled cab with a flat roof. It is powered by a 500-hp Cummins ISX-12 diesel engine, and an Allison EVS4000 automatic transmission, To fight fire, it has a 2,000 gpm single-stage Waterous CSU pump, and a 500-gallon UPF Poly Tank III water tank. It is also equpped with, two EMS compartments in the rear of the cab, InSight flow meter, FRC Pump Boss controls, Kussmaul auto-eject, LED compartment lighting, ROM shutters, and a Cummins Onan 6,000-watt generator, Slide Master tool trays, high rise packs, 1,500-gpm Hydro Force articulating waterway with TFT Master Stream nozzle and four FRC Pioneer LED lights. Other equipment includes Genesis extrication tools, Hannay electric reel, Whelen F4NMini LED light bar with Whelen M6R rear LED light bars, front discharge, Federal Q2B mechanical siren, Roto-Ray, and a LED MARS lights.
