This week we feature a 4x4 ARFF rig, wildland unit, grey over read pumper, a highly customized heavy rescue and a tanker.

A look at some of recent fire apparatus deliveries from around the country.  

Rosenbauer built this custom Panther 4x4 ARFF rig for the Falls International Airport in International Falls, MN. The 700-hp Volvo engine powers the apparatus, which features a Rosenbauer N80 2,100-gpm pump, 1,600-gallon tank and a 200-gallon foam tank and has a 10kw Onan generator. Click here for more.

This heavy rescue for Miami, FL, Fire-Rescue was built by SVI Trucks on a Spartan Gladiator LFD 4-door chassis with a 258-inch wheelbase. The 26-foot aluminum body is equipped with Hannay hydraulic and electric reels, Revolv-A-Tool rescue tool storage trays, OnScene Solutions heavy-duty aluminum cargo slides and dual Carefree Mirage awnings. The Upper Pine River Fire Protection in Bayfield, CO, took delivery of this Model 346 built BME Fire Trucks on a Freightliner chassis. The rig features legacy seating, a 600-gallon tank, a 500-gpm Darley JMP pump with low and high pressure water options and pump-and-roll capabilities. Click here for more.

Midwest Fire built this 2,000-gallon tanker for the Olympic Valley, CA, Fire Department on a Freightliner M2-106 chassis. It is equipped with Hale 1,000-gallon MBP PTO pump, a rear Newton 10-inch square swivel dump valve with 36-inch telescoping chute, a 2,100-gallon portable tank and the All-Poly body has ROM anodized aluminum roll up doors. This grey over red pumper was built by Pierce for the Collierville, TN, Fire Department on a Velocity chassis with a Cummins L9 450-hp engine. Fire suppression includes a 1,500-gpm Pierce PUC pump, 500-gallon water tank, 30-gallon foam cell and Husky 12 foam system. Click here for more.
