St. Andrews Rescue Co. 301, part of the St. Andrews, SC, Fire Department, has taken delivery of a combination heavy rescue built by Pierce MFG.

St. Andrews Rescue Co. 301, part of the St. Andrews, SC, Fire Department, has taken delivery of a combination heavy rescue built by Pierce MFG. It is built on a Pierce Velocity cab and chassis, powered by a Cummins X15 565-hp engine and an Allison transmission. The apparatus has leaf front suspension and an Onan pto-driven 25,000-watt generator.
