Concordville, PA, Volunteers Get New Custom Pumper

A 2017 Seagrave Marauder II pumper was recently delivered to the Concordville Volunteer Fire and Protection Association.

Concordville, PA, Volunteer Fire and Protection Association, in Delaware County, recently took delivery of a 2017 Seagrave Marauder II pumper. It is equipped with a four-door, six-seat, climate-controlled cab with a flat roof and a Matrix body. It is powered by a 500 HP Cummins ISX-12 engine and an Allison EVS4000 automatic transmission. To fight fire, it has a Waterous CSU 2,000-gpm single-stage pump, with a Class 1 TPG, a Trident Air Primer package and a 1,000-gallon UPF Poly Tank III tank. Other equipment includes a 10,000-watt Harrison generator, Kussmaul auto-eject battery conditioner, OnSpot snow chains, Whelen Pioneer LED scene lighting,  Zone Defense cameras, rear ROM shutter, Hannay electric reel, an Elkhart Brass Stinger deck gun with a portable base with two 2.5-inch clappable female inlets. it also has a Federal Q2B mechanical siren and a Whelen 295 electronic siren as well.  It was sold through Emergency Equipment Sales (EES), LLC, Ewing, NJ, and the salesman was Jim Shuster. The cost of the apparatus was $699,978.
