Each unit is equipped with a TAK-4 independent front suspension, 470-hp engine, Command Zone advanced electronics, 2,000-gpm pump, 500-gallon water tank, 40-gallon foam cell, Husky 12 foam system, wireless remote-controlled deck monitor and LED lighting package.
THE EAST CARNEGIE, PA, VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT has taken delivery of a KME heavy rescue built on a KME Predator X-MFD chassis powered by a 425-hp Cummins ISL engine. Components include a Weldon V-Mux multiplex electrical system, Whelen LED warning lights, Norcold refrigerator, 9,000-pound Warn portable winch, Hannay reels, 35-kilowatt Onan generator, 1,500-watt Will-Burt Night Scan Optimum light tower, Eagle Centurion mobile fill station and Eagle air-storage system.
THE ADELPHIA VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY in Howell Township, NJ, has taken delivery of a Crimson pumper built on a Spartan Gladiator Evolution chassis powered by a 450-hp Cummins ISM engine. The unit is equipped with a Hale QMAX200-23S pump, 1,250-gallon UPF Poly Tank IIE water tank, 30-gallon foam tank, FoamPro foam system, Kussmaul Auto-Eject, Task Force Tips remote-controlled deluge gun, Fire Research InControl 300 pressure governor, Fire Research Focus lights an, Little Giant ladder, Hannay reel and Junkyard Dog struts.
MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON in California has taken delivery of a BullEx helicopter fire training prop. The portable, life-sized prop is constructed of heavy-gauge stainless steel and designed to simulate a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter. It features moveable main rotors, an integrated weapons prop, and functional cockpit and cabin doors to train firefighters to extinguish propane-fueled flames in multiple burn zones, including the engine and passenger compartment.
THE MULLICA HILL VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY in Harrison Township, NJ, has taken delivery of an E-ONE Cyclone II rescue-engine. Components include a 550-hp Detroit Diesel engine, Hale Qflo pump, 550-gallon Pro Poly water tank, Feecon foam system, Class 1 TPG pressure governor, 20-kilowatt Harrison generator, six-ton Warn front cable winch, Hurst extrication tools and twin Hurst Trimo hydraulic pumps.
THE VENTURA COUNTY, CA, FIRE DEPARTMENT has taken delivery of four American LaFrance pumpers built on Eagle 134 chassis. Each apparatus is equipped with a 515-hp Detroit Diesel Series 60 engine, Allison 4000EVS transmission, 1,500-gpm Waterous pump, 500-gallon water tank, FoamPro 2001 foam system, ROM compartment doors and Whelen warning lights.
THE FREEWOOD ACRES VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY in Howell Township, NJ, has taken delivery of a Ferrara Inferno MVP apparatus outfitted with a 515-hp Detroit Diesel engine, Hale Qmax 200-23L pump, 750-gallon poly water tank, 40-gallon foam tank, Fire Research InControl 300 pressure governor, Will-Burt Night Scan light tower, ROM shutters, Hannay reels, Elkhart front bumper turret, 15-kilowatt Harrison generator, and Res-Q-Tech airbags and extrication tools.
THE ANNANDALE FIRE COMPANY in Clinton Township, NJ, has taken delivery of a Seagrave Marauder II pumper tanker equipped with a 500-hp Cummins ISM engine, Allison 4000EVS transmission, 1,500-gpm Seagrave Triton pump, 2,500-gallon tank, 10-kilowatt Onan generator and Whelen LED lighting.
