Sometimes life seems a bit difficult. Sometimes it is confusing. I mean it seems simple and straightforward enough to speak of doing the right thing. Heck, I seem to be doing that quite a bit more often these days. However, reality my friends is quite a different matter. I am beginning to take a great deal of flak from my associates for being an advocate of safety.
That I would take such a position should not surprise those of you who have known me for a long time. I now know that I have taken an approach to the living of my life of which Henry David Thoreau would surely have approved. Let me share with you a few words to describe my approach to life which were penned by Thoreau back in 1854. He wrote them to describe his inner beliefs on the concepts of life and individuality.
