Pa. Mayor Asks Private Citizens for Budget Help

Faced with a budget crunch, the York, Pa. mayor is passing the hat, asking residents to help out by donating $3.32 each. He said $1 million in donations to the proposed $56 million budget would save the jobs of six firefighters and nine police officers.
