In Learning - Motivation Makes the Difference

I have devoted a great part of my life’s work to the process of learning. I have spent the better part of my 34 years in the fire service gathering more knowledge about how to do the many aspects of my job. Perhaps this penchant for learning came about as a result of the emphasis my parents placed on learning.
