Do As We Say – Not As We Do

Once again, I would like to thank a couple of my loyal readers for bringing an important issue to my attention. During the past week or so, I have spent my time deeply immersed in a study program of leadership and organizational issues. I was working in a classroom environment, from 0800-1700 hrs, for six days in a row. I guess I really do enjoy being a student.

Each evening I would check my emails and then plow into my homework. I probably would have missed the question on Firehouse.com
