Drill #116: Future Firefighters
Many fire departments have some affiliation with the Boy Scouts of America and the Fire & Emergency Service Career Explorer programs. Readers will learn a few tips to get their departments started in the programs.
The drill is designed to be a single page of information to conjure up discussions among your crew members. Sit down and talk about the exercises, and how they may apply to your company. But, just don't read them. Get moving. Head to an appropriate area and train.
