THE PINE HILL, NJ, FIRE DEPARTMENT has taken delivery of an E-ONE E-Max rescue pumper built on an E-ONE Typhoon X Long chassis powered by a 450-hp Cummins ISL engine with Jacobs engine brake. Components include a 1,500-gpm Darley PSM pump, 500-gallon poly water tank, 30-gallon foam cell, Kussmaul Auto Eject, 20-kilowatt Smart Power generator, Will-Burt Night Scan light tower, Hurst extrication tools, Whelen Super LED warning lights, ROM shutters and Hannay reels. HAZLE TOWNSHIP, PA, FIRE & RESCUE has taken delivery of a KME custom heavy rescue built on a KME Predator XLFD chassis powered by a 550-hp Cummins ISX 15L engine. The unit features seating for eight and is equipped with Hurst Trimo hydraulic power units, RollTek rollover occupant protection, Weldon V-Mux multi-plexed electrical system, Whelen 12-volt scene lights, Fire Research quartz scene lighting, Whelen warning lights, Will-Burt Night Scan light tower and 30-kilowatt Harrison generator.
