Joseph Cassano, the son of a former FDNY fire commissioner with a history of racist Twitter posts, was suspended after a trespassing incident.

A rookie FDNY firefighterwho is the son of a former fire commissioneris in hot water, again, after he fell asleep on a deck chair.

Joseph Cassano, 28, became a probationary firefighter in December, despite resigning from his EMT position over a series of racist social media posts.

He was suspended from FDNY after police issued a trespassing ticket when he was found sleeping on a lawn chair in New Jersey last weekend, according to the New York post.

Cassano is the son of Salvatore Cassano, who was the commissioner from 2010 to 2014.

The son retired from the FDNY's EMS bureau in 2013 after a series of social media posts had residents enraged.

One of the tweets read: “Getting sick of picking up all these obama lovers and taking them to the hospital because their medicare pays for an ambulance and not a cab,” he once tweeted.

“You get in trouble on probation, you have no rights whatsoever — they can fire you at will,” a source told the newspaper. “Everyone on probation is supposed to be on the up and up. If someone gets in trouble on probation, they clearly can’t be trusted. Of course, Cassano has demonstrated he can’t be trusted to begin with.”

Sources told the paper they expect this ticket could end Cassano's career with the department.
