A former emergency medical service volunteer is accused of inappropriately touching a 16-year-old girl at a Texas fire station late last year.

Michael Sean Sluder, 42, faces a charge of indecency with a child stemming from a Sept. 25 incident with the teen, a family friend, at the South Houston Fire Department station, KPRC-TV reports. Authorities allege that Sluder began kissing the girl, as well as touching her behind and putting his hand up her shirt. He also allegedly put her hand on his lower half over his clothing.

Officials told the TV station that Sluder did not work for the city but had been an EMS volunteer. He is not believed to have been volunteering at the time of the incident.
