NY Fire Union: Mayor's Theatrics Meaningless

The Rochester firefighters union is lashing out after the city's mayor crashed a union meeting to offer a proposal on the practice of dynamic staffing, calling it "misguided grandstanding."

The practice was put in place due to budget concerns and closes down different fire stations at different times, but concerns have been raised after fires have broken out in districts where stations had been closed that day.
