The FBI helped Konexx develop two new essential investigative tools for Law Enforcement and Fire Investigators: Phone-2-PC (allows phone calls to be recorded to computers)and the USB-24 (a 24-hour digital voice recorder). Both devices list for under $200 and allow investigators to eliminate the need for audio cassette recorders and to archive or email conversations to Prosecutor's offices. Both devices virtually eliminate investigative notetaking. Devices considered essential in recording witness/suspect statements. Court accepted technology. Konex has been a leader in voice-to-digital technology for 15 years.
