RICHARD J. KEYWORTH is a NFPA Certified Fire Protection Specialist who is retired from the Elk Grove Village, IL, Fire Department. He is an adjunct faculty instructor in the fire science and emergency management program at Harper College in Palatine, IL, where he has taught for several decades. He was formerly a NAARSO Certified Amusement Ride Safety Inspector and has been qualified as an expert witness in amusement ride accidents as well as cause and circumstances of fires and explosions and environmental crimes.
