Marc Fischer, MBA, NREMT-P is a 23-year veteran county volunteer at the Howard County, Md., Department of Fire & Rescue Services (HCDFRS). He is currently assigned as an EMS instructor at the HCDFRS Public Safety Training Center and as an on-call public information officer in the Office of the Fire Chief.
