First Decision Point:
You respond to a residential neighborhood location within your jurisdiction for a vehicle crash call. Enroute, your communications center informs you that a vehicle has crashed into a house. Dispatched on the assignment is a four member crew from your department arriving with your first-out engine and rescue apparatus. Your local ambulance is also enroute.

You position your vehicle behind the fire apparatus already on scene. From this vantage point, you notice that the ambulance crew has also arrived. You don your protective clothing and approach the crash scene on foot. Image 1 is what you see as you initially approach.

Ahead of you, you see a police officer near what appears to be a hole in a brick wall. One member of the ambulance crew is attending to a patient sitting on the ground to the right of the brick wall opening. There appears to be a crowd of civilians milling around the immediate crash scene.

Study this first image of the real-world crash incident then "Make the Call" at this first decision point.

What action would be most appropriate for you to ask the Police Officer to accomplish?

Determine the location of the owner of the vehicle that crashed into the brick wall

Determine the number and locations of all patients potentially involved in this incident

Determine the owner of the white vehicle parked at the corner and have it removed from the scene

Call for an additional police officer to assist

Clear the immediate area of civilian spectator personnel and traffic
