He wants to know if you're in the process of being hired with the County as a paid FF. But since you said Volunteer, I am assuming no. How extensive can a volunteer program be? I remember sending an app to RCVFD by mail and I never heard back. What does their process involve?

Well I interviewed, and was told that I was not selected for the fall 2008 academy. I was just curious if there was anyone on this forum that has gone through the academy or is already a paid FF for Riverside. I am looking for a scope of what more they might be looking for in a candidate.
