Hi all...
I have a couple of questions on looking for a FF position.
My brother is a Captain at our local FD but I don't want to ask him for help. I want to do this on my own.
I am CPAT certified but did not get hired on during the last hiring period and did not go to the school.
I'm currently in Alabama and I don't mind relocating, I'm just not sure where to look for job openings.
Also I'm 23 years old, and completed my cpat in a little over 7 minutes and I'm in better shape now then I was.
As a general rule am I better off taking some EMT classes first before putting in at a bunch of FDs?
I'm just looking for any kind of direction from the guys who have stood where I'm standing now
