I am ranked somewhere in the bottom 20 of 40 shortlisted conditonal offers.There are 25 positions going.What is the final cut based on? I was told it was who passed psychological tests and then rank from written and interviews? Does qualityof resumes come into it? Age, fitness? This was for a county fire department in Maryland.
