Looking to become fire fighter in CT.

Hello. I am currently a volunteer in PA with NREMT-B, FF-II IFSAC/Proboard, and I have an A.A.S. in Fire Science . I see online ads that they require CT certified fire fighter. Is that different from a national cert? Also they require a Q restriction what is that?

Any one with information please reply. Any thing would help at this point!!!!
