I just got called for an interview at the end of the month. I asked what format they use for their interview and they told me they have a 5 FF panel asking questions of 5 candidates all together. They said they use it as a "pre-screen" so that they can do one on one interviews with their top picks the following day. I haven't had an interview like this and not sure what to expect. Does anyone have experience with interviews like this? Any tips?
