interview next week

Hey all! I have my interview next week and am wondering if anyone can give me an idea of what i'm up against..? Also, what should i wear? I usually wear a skirt and heels but that seems a little inappropriate, i want them to take me seriously. nice dress pants and flats? What kind of questions are they going to ask? the works..
