I looked on youngstowns site, and I see that they start out at 24k. Does anyone know the complete pay scale?

it ends up being like a 10 year step to get to top pay with their new contract. YFD is a great job to go to fires, but it lacks a bit in security (ie. layoffs are always a real possibility)
