Problem Tanks

Our department purchased an E-One Super Tanker, 3000 gallon capacity, fiberglass tank with baffles. The tank is also equipped with a dump chute. If any other department has a similar tank, did your tank develop stress cracks around the dump chute? what have you done about it? has E-One been very helpful?
