I have a question for the editors or authors of Firehouse. Are there any recent articles or studys out there that more or less state or compair the amount of stress or fatigue put on a firefighter useing various types of Structural Fire Equipment and SCBA in a related fireground situation? What I am interested in is the values on gear weight fatigue (like SCBA tanks which depending on the tank material may weight any where from 18 to 35+ lbs.) a Firefighter recieves during fireground operations. Anyway Thanks.
