We are trying to write a guideline for our Juvenile Firesetter program. If any on has one we would appreciate a copy of it. We are at a stand still as to what should be in the guideline and like to see what others have done.

Jarhead, the R.I. State Fire Marshall's office has a juvenile firesetters program in place. Call them at 401-294-0861. Be patient, they are a little short-handed right know. If you have a problem getting it, e-mail me at arsonwatch@aol.com and I will try to get it for you. Good luck
