Shocked by Juvenile Firesetters

I recently attended a conference in Denver on The State of Colorado's Juvenile Firesetters Prevention Program. I learned of some pretty disturbing facts, boy has my head been in the sand. Sure, I was aware of juvenile firesetters but comming from a small jurisdiction never relized the severity and influence it has on all communities. I returned to my office today fired up and ready to help my community assess the need for a juvenile firesetter prevention program. Before I approach different agencies I would like some case study information or any significant incident occuring in small communities of 20,000 people or less. Or if you just have some good input or direction thats fine too.
