Tank farms

Looking for ideas/advice on plans review for a tank farm. Mostly propane, with some #2 fuel oil and gasoline. Specifically need ideas on water supply requirements. This is in a rural area with no hydrants. Also, any "credit" in water supply for automatic extinguishing systems.

Two item that are important are proper tank seperation and energency venting.
