Use of Dogs to locate Victims

We have worked with dogs quite a bit, and have never seen anything remarkable from them. They have signaled they have scented something and the body found reasonably close to the area. My experience has been they seem much more reliable in still waters vs. moving water. I consider them another tool in the tool box.
