As the new president of our fire dept. auxillary I need some new ideas for recruiting new members.

RE: Recruiting Members
There is no easy answer to that question. Our auxiliary placed flyers at various fund raising events advertising the fact we were looking for new members. We hosted a dinner for prospective members. The guests were given a brief tour of the station. A short talk on what the auxiliary does was presented also. Try getting the spouses of the firefighters involved. At many of our larger fund raisers, entire families are asked to help. They love coming out. E-mail me if you have any questions.
