Why do people join?
What makes them come around?
What are there interests?
What are the insentives to volunteer?
What do they want out of it?
I think if we answer these questions we will be able to implement ideas to help members stay interested enough to put out waht it takes to help hte ones we serve as well as the volunteers. KEEP IT FUN, but KEEP IT SAFE.
