EPA recently released a 6 page Factsheet for LEPC's addressing terrorist activities in the Local Emergency Plan. The factsheet can be downloaded from EPA's CEPPO home page at www.epa.gov/ceppo/. (http://www.epa.gov/ceppo/.) Information can also be obtained from the EPCRA Hotline at 800-424-9346.
