I would like to see a copy of another departments plans so I could get a goood idea of where to start and how to structure my planning. Thanks to anyone who could help me.

I don't know if this will be of any help as we do things differently over the pond.

Look up the "London Emergency Services Liaison Panel" website from a good search engine, their manual is online in .pdf format and shows how all emergency services respond to major incidents.

If you cannot find it email me at r.armitagewalker@talk21.com and I will mail you a copy.

Regards and good luck ;)

This is not exactly on your topic but you may have a use for the information.
The US Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division Lab has developed a chemical, biological warfare decontamination agent that is used with a CAFS application system. The QAC/CAFS is designed for large area decon and is friendly the the user and the environment. It also works on organophosphate toxic chemicals (pesticides and herbicides. :p

The London Emergency Response Plan listed above is an excellant guide to creating a plan. That is all I have for now.
