Looking to start a SW Colorado female firefighters group

I am looking at starting a SW Colorado female firefighters group. I know we may be far and few between down here but I thought we could get together as a support group/social club or whatever!

Have you tried to contact Women in the Fire Service? Maybe they could help set up a Chapter in your area or you could write a letter to the editor and then have it published in their newsletter.
