Old federal light/siren restoration

Hello all, my name is Tom Reiland. I am a firefighter in Ankeny, Iowa who needs some help. We recently restored a 1953 IH pumper and need to fix our combination light/siren. We had it restored by a man in Tuscon, Arizona and now we can not find him. We lost his address and website.
