Fox Locks

Never had to force one, but have seen 1 or 2. Easy to recognize from the outside. They have a keyhole right in the middle of the door with a metal shield over it. Inside are 2 arms which extend outward to the door frame, locking the door at both the hinge and latch side. I had a pic of one, and I know I have seen them in books. If I come across one I'll send it.
