Merger in New Jersey

What do my brothers in NJ think about the merger of the two unions? Pro's and Con's. What do you think we should call this new assocation?

To my esteemed colleague FFE3BFD,

I am firmly in support of the merger between the NJFMBA and the PFANJ. It can only be a plus for both sides. I think it should be called the Uniformed Firefighters Association of New Jersey(UFANJ)
