How many FF's in your station exercise regularly (say, at least every other shift)?
At our station it's just me, out of six FF's. Just would like to know if this is typical. Thanks for your input!

Most guys here do lift, but of the guys who do few hit it hard. Out of nine guys at the station six lift. Of that I'd say three are always in the weight room.

Our Dept. has great workout gear in every station.However
only about 20% use it
