CAN ANYONE TELL ME OF A GOOD ENERGY ENHANCING OR EXERCIZE DRINK/PROTEIN SHAKE TO TAKE ON A DAILY BASIS. I HAVE TRIED A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT TYPES BUT NOT REALLY IMPRESSED WITH ANY PARTICULAR KIND. I AM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO REPLACE LOST VITAMINS AND STUFF DURING HEAVY PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ACTIVITY,THAT WILL HELP WITH STAMINA AND KEEP ME FROM BEING HUNGRY ALL DAY LONG...BUT THAT WONT MAKE ME GAIN WEIGHT! I KNOW WOMEN NEED EXTRA IRON AND CALCIUM AND I DO TAKE VITAMINS MOST DAYS,BUT NEED SOME KIND OF PERFORMANCE ENHANCER OR VITAMAIN TO REPLACE ENERGY...
