:cool: Ok, I'm lost. I've been looking on both the NIFC and the NWCG websites and cannot find it. Where do I go to find out how to go about getting a Basic Wildland Firefighting class for my Department? Help!

Go to www.nwcg.gov, click on Resources, and then click on Multi-Agency Training Schedule. You'll fing the offered courses. You might also want to check with your state forester to see if scheduled courses can be given at your location.

I agree....Contact the agency that is responsible for wildfire operations within your state, OR possibly, the agency responsible for conservation/enforcement in your State Parks & Forests. They should be able to provide or refer you to S-130/190 courses.
